Decided beats disciplined.
Most people already know what's good for them. What they're missing is a plan made early, when it's easy, instead of a fight at 9 p.m. Everything we build moves the decision earlier.
Meal Plan Club helps people plan their meals, shop once and eat on purpose, so healthy becomes the easy default instead of a daily act of willpower.
The hard part of eating well isn't knowing what to eat. It's everything around it: deciding what to cook, buying it, and having a plan when you're tired and hungry at the end of a long day.
That gap between intention and dinner is where most good habits fall apart. It's where the takeaway gets ordered, the snack drawer gets opened, and next Monday becomes the day you'll really start.
We started Meal Plan Club to close that gap. A few quiet minutes of planning turn into a week of meals, one grocery list and nutrition you can see before you eat. Not a diet, not a challenge. Just fewer decisions at the moments when decisions are hardest.

Food apps tend to shout. We'd rather the app feel like a quiet kitchen: one clear thing to do next, no streaks to protect, no guilt.
Calories and macros are only useful if you can trust them. We keep our own food database and keep checking ingredients, units and nutrition, because a planner is only as good as its data.
No ads, no selling data, no attention games. Members who find it worth paying for keep us independent, and the core planner stays free.
Private by default. Share a recipe or a folder with a link when you want to, and take it back whenever you like.
We use AI where it takes work off your plate: drafting a week, importing a recipe, answering a question with flour on your hands. Not for gimmicks.
Our library includes recipes from partners like Hiltl, the Zurich restaurant that has been cooking vegetarian food since 1898, alongside recipes our own team curates and checks.
Meal Plan Club is made by Levi Dan UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Rutesheim, near Stuttgart. We don't run ads, so memberships are what keep us independent.
