I got tired, frustrated, and really hungry!
I would try to commit to cutting out just grains and dairy, but then I'd get overwhelmed with work or family and revert back to my previous unhealthy diet. And all the while I'd berate myself for my lack of willpower.
But finally - once I had a good plan in place - everything got so much easier. Once I knew which simple and delicious recipes to cook, I was able to stick to my diet AND over time, my body started to heal.
